To attach table ordering to a design file

  1. Click Insert to create a new blank entry.
  2. Double click on the item and enter a name for the new item. Click OK.
  3. Turn On the Criteria attributes used to define this item's elements.

    Any items with these properties are printed and displayed in the order defined in the table.

  4. Repeat these steps to add additional ordering lines.
  5. Click the Apply button.

    This data is attached to the DGN file. When printing with Bentley Advanced Map Finishing, the option to Use Table Ordering will be enabled.

  6. Update the screen to view the new ordering.
